Delivery of items
There will be a delivery charge of £4.00, to cover postage & packaging anywhere in the United Kingdom. There will only be one delivery charge per order, even if multiple items are purchased.

Returns policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, your items can be refunded or exchanged subject to the conditions outlined below. Please contact us at info@littlewanderers.co.uk, or in writing to Little Wanderers, 144-146 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2DP or by telephone on 0845 872 7336 or 01204 522533, prior to sending items back so that we can anticipate their arrival and ensure that we hold replacement items for you.
What to do if I don't like the item when it arrives?
Cancelled orders
Orders must be cancelled in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day following delivery. Reasonable care must be taken of the product when it is in the customer's possession and shoes should only have been tried on in doors. The items should be returned with the original box (where applicable) and undamaged. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Please return all cancelled goods to Little Wanderers, 144-146 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2DP. The customer will pay the cost for returning the ordered goods.
Refunds will be made within 30 days at the latest.
What to do if you've ordered the wrong size?
Exchanging Items

Any additional charge (if the exchanged items price is higher) will be made at the time the replacement goods are despatched. Any refunds (if the exchanged items price is lower) will be made within 30 days from the customer advising that an exchange is required.
What to do if the item is damaged?
Defective Items
If you believe that the item supplied is in some way defective then please contact us to discuss in more detail. Any item that is deemed to be faulty may be either exchanged or fully refunded at the customer's request. Little Wanderers will cover the expense of returning faulty items, but reserve the right to charge the customer for the items return should no defect be apparent.
