Delivery of items 

Update 06/07/20. Throughout the summer we are offering FREE Standard Delivery to all customers with a local Bolton "BL" postcode. This is to assist those who are either unable or do not wish to make an appointment for fitting during the busy "Back To School" season. This discount will automatically be applied at the checkout stage. Other local customers who wish to take up this option, but do not have a BL postcode, are advised to contact us to see how we can assist further.

Update 23/04/20 We have stopped all international shipping, except the Republic of Ireland, until further notice. Royal Mail have stated that the guaranteed next day by 1pm option will now be guaranteed next day by the end of the day. All deliveries will now be tracked only and will not require a signature. If you have a safe place please let us know in the comments box at the checkout and we will pass this information onto the courier.

We offer FREE Standard Delivery (Tracked with Signature) on all orders over £50 anywhere in the UK. There will be a Standard delivery charge of £4.00 for orders under £50, to cover postage & packaging, anywhere in the United Kingdom. There will only be one delivery charge per order, even if multiple items are purchased.

We understand that when you order online you want your delivery without delay. So once we receive your order we try and make sure that it's either dispatched the same day or by the next working day, at the latest. When we refer to a working day we mean Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), as these are the days our couriers collect from us.

Orders to Northern Ireland; certain parts of Scotland and islands off the UK mainland may be subject to additional day/s delivery time than those detailed below. This will be advised prior to placing your order and is dependent on your postcode.

Standard Delivery orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature delivery, although we may use other couriers at our discretion.

We also offer a Priority Delivery service to most parts of the UK. Priority Delivery orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature delivery. We may use other couriers, offering a 24 hour delivery service, at our discretion. All Priority Delivery service orders will be dispatched the same day the order is received, providing we receive the order by 2pm. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery charge is £6.00 for all orders requesting this service.

If you require a guaranteed next day delivery then we can also provide this service to most locations in the UK.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (before 1pm) is available to most parts of the UK on orders placed before 2pm. This is for all orders required the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will not be shipped until the following working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed at the weekend will not be shipped until the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery charge is £8.50 for all orders requesting this service.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is available to most parts of the UK on orders placed before 2pm Friday. Orders placed after this time will not be shipped until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery charge is £13.50 for all orders requesting this service.
