1. Little Wanderers run the Loyalty Card Scheme exclusively for in store customers. Any discounts the customer is entitled to can only be used in store.
  2. The customer will receive a minimum of 5 points for every £1.00 spent in store. There will be occasional in store promotions where the customer may receive additional points on selected items. These promotions will be advised in store and through any other means that Little Wanderers deem appropriate.
  3. Each point has a redeemable value of £0.01. Loyalty card points have no cash value and will not be refunded as such. Points can only be redeemed against subsequent purchases and not against the item being purchased at that time.
  4. Customers can choose to store up their points from multiple purchases for use at a later date or can redeem against their next in store purchase. Redemption of points is at the customer’s discretion providing that it complies with these Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions.
  5. Points will be received on any in store purchases from Little Wanderers, excluding Gift Cards, and there is no minimum spend value to receive points. Points can be redeemed on any item.
  6. Points will only be accrued if the Loyalty Card is presented. If the Loyalty card is not presented at the time of purchase then points can still be received if the purchase receipt is presented at a later date with the Loyalty Card.
  7. Any Loyalty Card points received for a purchase will be deducted should the original purchase be returned for a refund for any reason.
  8. Points’ balances will appear on receipts and are also available on request. Any dispute over points’ balances will be reviewed in full using all information available to Little Wanderers. The final decision will remain with Little Wanderers.
  9. Little Wanderers reserve the right to amend or to stop offering the Loyalty Card Scheme at any time and without prior notice.
  10. Loyalty cards that have not been used within the time frame detailed in our Privacy Policy for retention of customer information will have all points deleted and the Loyalty card cancelled.
  11. At the time of joining the Little Wanderers Loyalty Card we will request contact information from the customer. The Customer is free to give this information through opt in consent or to decline to provide this information. Customer contact information is not a pre requisite for having a loyalty card and customers may still have a card if they do not provide contact information. However, customers not providing this information will not be able to receive any promotional information Little Wanderers believe is relevant to the customer.

We may periodically send promotional letters, texts or emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the information which you have provided. We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We may pass on your details to third parties but only for Little Wanderers marketing purposes and only with your consent.
