Returns policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, your items can be refunded or exchanged subject to our Terms and Conditions, the main relevant return features of which are outlined below. Please contact us at sales@littlewanderers.co.uk, or in writing to Little Wanderers, 144-146 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2DP or by telephone on 01204 522533 or 0845 872 7336, prior to sending items back so that we can anticipate their arrival and ensure that we hold replacement items for you.

What to do if I don't like the item when it arrives?

Cancelled orders

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Little Wanderers, 144-146 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2DP, 01204 522533, sales@littlewanderers.co.uk of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may choose to use the model cancellation form, provided in our Terms and Conditions page, but you do not have to. Orders must be cancelled within 14 days commencing from the day following delivery. Reasonable care must be taken of the product when it is in the customer's possession and shoes should only have been tried on in doors. The items should be returned with the original box (where applicable), with any promotional gifts and undamaged. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please return all cancelled goods to Little Wanderers, 144-146 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2DP. We offer free returns, from any United Kingdom location, using the pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label, that is enclosed with your order. Simply re-package the cancelled goods, attach this label and take to any Post Office. The customer will pay the cost for returning the ordered goods if they choose to return by an alternative method or if they are sending from outside of the United Kingdom.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied to you, or (if earlier) within 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

What to do if you've ordered the wrong size?

Exchanged items will usually be despatched within 48 hours from receipt of the returned goods.

All exchanged items will be sent out by our standard shipping method.

Any additional charge (if the exchanged items price is higher) will be made at the time the replacement goods are despatched. Any refunds (if the exchanged items price is lower) will be made within 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied to you, or (if earlier) within 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us.

What to do if the item is damaged?

Defective Items

If you believe that the item supplied is in some way defective then please contact us to discuss in more detail. Any item that is deemed to be faulty may be either exchanged or fully refunded at the customer's request. Little Wanderers will cover the expense of returning faulty items, but reserve the right to charge the customer for the items return should no defect be apparent.
