We have changed our returns policy so that any orders placed can now be cancelled up to fourteen days after the day the order was received.

We have extended this to 14 days, from the 7 working days the OFT Distance Selling Regulations oblige us to offer, in order to make it simpler to understand whether you fall within the returns period. After all, in the 21st century, it is not always straightforward to determine what a "working day" actually is. By clearly defining 14 days we hope to remove any possibility of confusion.

The extension to 14 days also brings us into line with moves across the EU to try and standardise Distance Selling Regulations in all member countries.
