We are delighted to now be able to offer a plastic free packaging method for online deliveries. Plastic free orders will mainly be shipped using Kraft paper mailing bags that are 100% sustainable, come from an FSC approved source, durable enough to be reused and can be widely recycled in household collections.

Larger orders may be wrapped in brown paper and use recycled environmentally friendly paper Kraft tape. This is also able to be widely recycled.

Although almost always made from cardboard, we cannot yet guarantee the contents of footwear manufacturers’ boxes, swing tags or any complimentary gift. Please also note that, due to the contents of the backing material, we cannot enclose a return label in these orders. We can still email a return label on request.

Plastic free orders are currently only available as part of our standard delivery option and will be sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. There is an additional £1.00 cost on top of our standard delivery service charge.
